Why schedule routine inspection test & maintenance?
All electrical systems need periodic inspection and solar PV systems are no exception. Our experts, with over 20 years of specialist PV experience, are best placed to carry out this service.
The most common problem is reduced system output, undermining your investment returns. Latent defects can go undetected for a long period of time. For example the loss of 1 or 2 strings in a large system can be difficult to spot (can go unnoticed for months) and lead to a significant loss in income. Faults can also lead to fire or shock risk. Monitoring and fault alarms
Whilst not an alternative to a periodic system check, an effective remote monitoring and fault reporting system will provide early warning of drops in performance or faults.
Most well designed larger systems should include such a facility, however we can quote for retrofitting where not installed at the outset.
