Reactive maintenance where we respond on an ad hoc basis to system faults as required.
+ silver
A pre-scheduled service including annual electrical, and where possible, mechanical system checks.
+ gold
Contains all the features of the silver package but includes remote system and component level monitoring that will allow us to provide fault alarm notifications and propose remedial actions as appropriate.
+ Platinum
This package includes all the actions and measures necessary for the day to day operation of the solar PV system, including detailed system monitoring and twice yearly site visits. Specific service levels are agreed through a Service Level Agreement. PV module cleaning can also be provided if required.
